Dana Goldstein is an Associate Attorney at Berger, Fischoff, Shumer, Wexler & Goodman, LLP. She concentrates her practice in the areas of family and matrimonial law. Ms. Goldstein has extensive experience handling child support matters, child custody cases, neglect proceedings, orders of protection, contested and uncontested divorces and all other matters related to matrimonial and family law.
Ms. Goldstein received her Bachelor of Science degree from Towson University and attended Maurice A. Dean School of Law at Hofstra University, where she focused her studies on family law. While in law school, Ms. Goldstein worked for Hofstra’s Youth Advocacy Clinic. After completing her J.D., Ms. Goldstein has worked exclusively for firms focusing on matrimonial and family law in the counties of Nassau, Suffolk and Queens.
Ms. Goldstein is a member of the New York State Bar Association Family Law Section and is admitted to practice in New York State.
